Why Art Matters to the Moral Soul of Society.
Art is expression, morals are direction.

Artists as Divers in Society's River:
Art is a river, and artists are divers. Divers know the techniques of swimming very well. Diving allows them to explore the marine environment and develop a connection to nature. Similarly, artists are those who are sensitive enough to respond to a changing society. Art reflects creativity, and we observe that creative souls are often sensitive and keen observers of society and nature.
The Moral Observers We Need:
We need artists, writers, poets, and painters to observe and respond to the ethical values of society because they possess a strong power of observation. Their perspective is different from that of the general public—a god-gifted blessing. They play an essential role in shaping the moral values of society.
Art's Power to Channel and Heal Emotion:
Moreover, art has the ability to channel emotions. People can express their anger and frustration through creativity. Art has the power to turn negativity into positivity and improve emotional health. By directing emotions to the right side, we can save ourselves from negativity, which is necessary for civilized societies.
The Endangered Balance: Art vs. The Machine:
Unfortunately, art is taking sobs these days, and the artist is being violated because the world is talking only about science today. Human life has become mechanical. Nations demand inventions for survival. Everyone desires superiority. It doesn't seem to matter if social values are dying.
Values: The True Wealth of Civilization:
This is the point to understand: the real wealth of a civilized society is its values, not its inventions. Without ethical values, you cannot develop a sense of the positive use of an invention. Our values teach us not to be cruel but to be humane, and art is the scale that balances both.
The Machine's Accuracy vs. Human Empathy:
Art and science have been divided into two groups, where art is the minority and science the majority. This has disturbed the balance of society, leaving people empty of emotions because they are becoming machines. A machine can produce accuracy, not empathy. A human tap on your shoulder in hard times can work a miracle because humans become very weak and sensitive in grief, and a machine cannot console.
A Plea for the Combined Soul:
So, give respect to your artists; otherwise, in the end, we will have only machines and will search in vain for the emotions that machines cannot generate. Healthier and flourishing societies need artists to strengthen their values. We must use the combination of science and art; otherwise, we will have inventions but lose our humanity.
